Please let the gate know if you have visitors coming. This includes vendors and Uber/Lyft. You can call the gate directly or manage your guests on line.

Frontier is included in the HOA dues, and there is now a new and improved packaged AT NO EXTRA COST. Be sure to opt in for that if you haven't already! 

Residents can use other cable/internet providers at their own cost if they choose, but dishes or other external equipment do require HOA approval.
