The People

The people at Palm Valley are the heart of what makes our community special. We are a friendly, welcoming, social and active all-age community with residents from all over the United States and Canada (and beyond). Many Palm Valley residents live here on a year-round basis, while others are seasonal residents and weekenders. In 2021 we welcomed 150 new home owners, so our community is evolving and thriving as a result. It's a place where people wave whether they know each other or not, lifelong friendships are built, and joy is a part of every day.

The Lifestyle

Our central location places us only a short drive away from shopping, dining, hiking, biking, events and entertainment, making our community one of the most desirable in the Coachella Valley. But there's so much happening on-property you may not want to leave. 

Palm Valley Country Club provides 36 holes of award winning golf, an Olympic-size pool, 14 tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts, fine dining, a fitness center and full service spa, and more. Residents don't have to join the club, but many do because it's a welcoming, friendly club with many social and sporting events to enjoy. Regardless of club membership status, all residents are welcome to use the club's pool and dining facilities.

There are also resident-organized social clubs and activities such as a puppy playdates, arts & crafts groups, and more. You can create a new group/club too; we love new ideas that bring people together. (If you have an idea contact the HOA!)
